Workshop

A chance to hear from the Taskforce and give your opinion

The Bridgewater and Southern Midlands Education Renewal Taskforce would like to invite interested members of the public to a workshop about the future of education in the area.

  • The workshop will be run by independent consultant Janine Combes.
  • The workshop will be designed to give participants:

1. A report on the progress of the Taskforce to date.

2. An overview of current models of education.

3. An opportunity to discuss this information and to express their own opinions.

  • Because of limits to the accommodation, this workshop will be open to the first 100 to register their intention to attend. If there is the demand we may be able to offer a second workshop at a later date.

The workshop will be held at the Hilltop Granton on Wednesday 20 February, commencing at 5.00pm and concluding by 7.00pm.

  • Please register your intention to attend through Brighton Council on 6268 7000.

To print or download the above information, click on either of the two links to the 'Public Consultation Workshop' documents at the left.

*The Taskforce will set up its own website soon. In the meantime, updates and other Taskforce information will be provided at this site (BASMERT - ww.ourbhs.com/taskforce). Updates will also be available at Brighton Alive and the Bridgewater-Brighton Online Access Centre website.
